River Run – a piece of riverfront property!

We owned an A-frame riverfront house southeast of Seattle for 3 years. We renovated, painted, and updated every room. This was my first BIG project. This is where my love for home make-overs truly took root, and I gained loads of confidence in the DIY area. We tackled a full kitchen renovation, a full master bathroom renovation complete with taking a wall out to extend it, and did an concrete overlay OVER the hideous tile throughout the main living area. I grey-white-washed the entire old musty tongue and groove cedar wood wall behind the kitchen. I painted those long chevron salmon smoke pink stripes in our daughters home. We tore out years of overgrown landscaping and established a modern clean fresh outdoor area. We sweated, bled, cried, but we pulled this off. And I’m so proud.

We love you River Run. Watching salmon swim upstream in your own backyard was incredible. Holding you in our dearest heart.
